Cancellation and Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Returns are accepted only for the defective products:
- Please notify us with the defect details including a supporting picture on the day of the delivery
- Returned items should be ‘unused’, ‘unwashed’, and returned in the original packaging
- Original tags need to be in place and untampered
- Returned product should reach us within 10 days of the delivery
If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately by mailing us at email@example.com with your Order ID and a picture of the defect. We will contact you after our team checks and verifies the defect.
