Cancellation and Refund Policy


Returns are accepted only for the defective products:

  • Please notify us with the defect details including a supporting picture on the day of the delivery
  • Returned items should be ‘unused’, ‘unwashed’, and returned in the original packaging
  • Original tags need to be in place and untampered
  • Returned product should reach us within 10 days of the delivery

If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately by mailing us at with your Order ID and a picture of the defect. We will contact you after our team checks and verifies the defect.
